Wedgwood’s breakage warranty entitles you to receive a new similar product at no extra cost, should your item break or chip. To be covered by our breakage warranty, you need to sign up for a wedgwood.com account and register your product(s) on the warranty page within six months* of purchase. You can register products bought after 29th January 2024.
To be covered by our breakage warranty, you need to be a wedgwood.com account member and register your product(s) on wedgwood.com within 6 months of purchase.
Should your product(s) break or chip, follow a few simple steps on our website to make a warranty claim.
We will send you a new product similar to the one that is broken or chipped once your claim gets approved.

To give you peace of mind when enjoying your Wedgwood products, we offer a breakage warranty to Wedgwood account members. Our breakage warranty entitles you to receive a new, similar product at no cost, should your product break or chip.
The breakage warranty applies Wedgwood products registered on wedgwood.com within 180 Days of purchase.
The breakage warranty period is 12 months and starts from the date of purchase.
Products purchased prior to the start date of our digital breakage warranty scheme (29th January 2024) are not eligible for breakage warranty.
When you have successfully submitted your breakage warranty claim, an email with your claim number will be sent to you. Our customer service team will contact you once your claim has been processed. If your warranty claim is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us and a replacement product will be shipped to your home address.
Our breakage warranty is currently available in all countries we ship to apart from Switzerland, Qatar, UAE. We are continuously developing our services and hope to offer breakage warranty in all countries in the future.
Should your product(s) break or chip, follow a few simple steps on our website to make a warranty claim. You will need the warranty ID, which can be found in your product registration confirmation email. If you have an online account and want to make a breakage warranty claim, please sign in on wedgwood.com first and make the claim directly from your profile.
Remember to add you customer information and delivery information under 'My Address Book'.

The breakage warranty applies to applicable products purchased on wedgwood.com and registered within 6 months of purchase. Exclusions include multi-piece sets and Royal Albert products. See our full list of exclusions.
No we do not need to receive your broken product. When you submit a warranty claim, you need to upload photos of your broken item. Once we have received your warranty claim we will send you a new product. You do not need to return the broken one to Wedgwood.
