The set is embellished with a deeper blue and hand-applied 22 carat gold details with each piece backstamped for authenticity. With a worldwide reputation for her unique and wonderful hotel interiors, she also lends her designs to textiles, fragrances and homeware, as well as being a published author. Kit Kemp has won many awards for her iconic designs.

Celebrated for her individual and original approach to design, Kit Kemp is a champion of British art, craft and sculpture. It was for this reason that Wedgwood approached her to create a collection of specially designed fine bone china.

Kit’s influences are often whimsical and lyrical, and usually contain a host of mythical animals. Hence, her Wedgwood collections feature a series of fantastical characters and surreal patterns that have a primitive feel.
