A homage to Josiah Wedgwood’s greatest triumph, the Small Portland Vase is a handcrafted mini marvel. The classical Barberini Vase, first brought to England in 1783 by Sir William Hamilton, is the inspirational heart of this piece, which takes nine artisans more than six hours to sculpt and finish. It showcases an inverted colourway with a blue drawn from the original glass of the Barberini piece and intricate ornamentations set on a Jasperware base.
