Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any goods purchased on Wedgwood.com please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery to arrange their return.
We will need to issue you with a returns number and returns address. Please contact us to obtain your returns number before returning the product via post.
Please include a note with details of your name, returns number, contact details, order number and details of the reason for exchange. This will help ensure a quicker response when we receive the goods and we will then organise a replacement or refund.
The goods must be returned to us unused, and wherever possible, in the original packaging. We recommend that you retain all of the original packaging until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods. If the original packaging is not available, you should use packaging that would provide similar protection as returned items must be received ‘as new’ and in resaleable condition.
The cost of returning the item will only be refunded if the item is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels returned to us until they are safely received at our warehouse. Where the delivery of an order is refused by the customer, we will deduct from the refund both the original delivery cost plus the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.
