Replacements
Whilst we take great care in packing customer orders, we do occasionally experience breakages in transit.
If you would be kind enough to send us a photograph of the broken item, along with your order details, we will then arrange for replacements to be sent to you. Your photograph can either be sent as a scanned image by email to feedback@wedgwood.com or by post to The Internet Department, Wedgwood, Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent ST12 9ES
