Delivery

Please note that until you confirm during checkout the country to which your order is to be delivered, the website will show costs relating to delivery within the country in which you are located. Depending on your location you will either be charged in pounds or euros based on the zones below.

• Zone 1 - Delivery within the UK mainland: £4.95 - (Free delivery on orders over £100)

• Zone 2 - Delivery within Europe (exclusions apply - see below): £20/€20 - (Free delivery on orders over £250/€250)
  • Exclusions: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia (for delivery costs to these areas see 'other regions' below).

• Zone 3 - Delivery to all 'Other Regions' (exclusions apply - see Zone 4 below):

VAT will be included in all orders shipped within the European Community. The recipient is responsible for all duties, sales taxes and any other local charges.

* Some very large or heavy orders to certain countries may attract additional shipping charges in certain circumstances. In these circumstances we will contact you with regards to your order.

Delivery times

All orders will be despatched from the UK, using fast and cost-effective methods, ensuring the efficient delivery of your order. We aim to deliver to the UK within 5 working days. Overseas orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO BOX address or secure home delivery boxes at this time.

7-day guarantee

If you do not wish to keep the items you have purchased you can return your order to us within 7 days in the condition in which it arrived and we can then issue you a full refund for your item/order (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and we cannot issue refunds for earrings).

If your items is received damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge.
