Before contacting Wedgwood...do these answers help?
In order to provide quicker response to our customers, The Wedgwood Internet Team have produced answers to the five most common questions below. We hope you find this helpful.
1. You are awaiting the delivery of an order
All orders will be despatched from the UK, using fast and cost-effective methods, ensuring the efficient delivery of your order. We aim to deliver to the UK within 5 working days. Overseas orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If you still have not received your order after this time please call or contact us.
2. You have a problem with an order that you have received
If the order has arrived with incorrect items, please contact us with the full details. For details of what to do regarding items broken in transit, please click here.
3. You would like to know when an item will be available
All items shown on the website are from our current range, unless they are marked Discontinued or they appear in the Clearance section. Our stock changes daily, so please check back regularly - we are unable to deal with enquiries regarding when a specific item will be in stock. Please note that we are working on a system that will enable customers to back-order products that are currently out of stock..
4. You would like to know if Wedgwood offer an international delivery service
We are able to deliver throughout the world. See our Delivery page for more information.
5. You would like information or a valuation regarding a piece of Wedgwood
Due to the vast catalogue of products we have produced, unfortunately we are unable to deal with specific enquiries regarding historic items. We are prohibited from providing individual valuations on any of our products. However, there are many specialist companies who buy and sell discontinued Wedgwood items and some of these will offer specific valuations. You could also approach your local auction house as they will normally provide a valuation on specific pieces.
