Wedgwood Tea Garden Green Tea & Mint Teacup & Saucer

Ingredients:

Moroccan mint tea, Seedlip Garden 108, agave, lemon tonic.

 

Method:

  • Brew 1 3/4 tsp of tea in 5 oz boiling water for 3 minutes, strain and cool.
  • Build 1 oz Seedlip Garden, 1 oz tea, 2 tsp agave over ice, stir, then top with Fever Tree Lemon Tonic.
  • Garnish with sugar snap peas.

 

 

 

Wedgwood Tea Garden Lemon & Ginger Teacup & Saucer

Lemongrass Sling

 

Ingredients:

Lemongrass and ginger tea, apple juice, bianco vermouth, orange bitters, soda.

 

Method:

  • Brew 1 3/4 tsp of tea in 5 oz boiling water for 3 minutes, strain and cool.
  • Build 1 oz tea, 1 oz Martini Bianco, 1 oz apple juice and 3 dashes orange bitters over ice, and crown with soda.
  • Garnish with a strip of grapefruit zest.

 

 

 

Wedgwood Tea Garden Raspberry Teacup & Saucer

Raspberry Punch

 

Ingredients:

Raspberry tea, cream gin, lemon, rhubarb and sparkling white wine.

 

Method:

  • Brew 1 3/4 tsp of tea in 5 oz boiling water for 3 minutes, strain and cool.
  • Add 1/3 oz cream gin, 1/3 oz tea, 1/2 oz lemon, 1/2 oz sugar syrup, 3 dashes of rhubarb bitters to a cup over ice.
  • Stir, top with sparkling white wine and garnish with a strip of rhubarb and a sprig of mint.

 

 

 

Wedgwood Tea Garden Blackberry Teacup & Saucer

Bramble Broth

 

Ingredients:

Blackberry and apple tea, blackberries, mint, apple juice, elderflower.

 

Method:

  • Brew 1 3/4 tsp of tea in 5 oz boiling water for 3 minutes, strain and cool.
  • Crush 2 blackberries in the base of a shaker and add 1 3/4 oz tea, 1 3/4 oz pressed apple, 4 mint leaves and 1/2 oz elderflower cordial. Shake and strain into a cup and add crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a blackberry and a sprig of thyme.
